Hudson & Laina & I worked on egg coloring last night while dad was at work & mom attended a P T O meeting. They wore bibs to keep their shirts clean. Hudson dipped his eggs several times...in several different colors & cracked a few too!

Overnight Visitor

Malin spent the night with us Friday and we did a little walking on the trail. When she wants you to hold her she says 'I want to hold you'.

Smellin' Like Pasta

I have really dry skin. The more lotion I plaster on the dryer my skin becomes. I happened on this article that said to use olive oil or sunflower oil so I'm giving it a try. Surprisingly it doesn't feel oily or sticky and soaks in quickly. I do smell a bit like pasta though.

Weekend in Minnesota

We spent the weekend in Minnesota visiting family. We celebrated my 8 year old great neices birthday, watched these turkeys strut around my brothers yard and had dinner with Barry's family.

Amaryllis Update

Does anyone care that my amaryllis has 3 big blooms on it? Probably not.

Malin Turns Two

Malin joined Hudson as a two year old yesterday and left Leila behind as our only one year old. She shared her new jogging stroller with Hudson, let Leila sit on her mom's lap, learned about sleeping bags from big cousin Laina and looked adorable sitting in her new rocking chair. Happy Birthday to this sweet sweet girl.

Giant Amaryllis

I received this amaryllis for my birthday about 6 weeks ago and it has almost doubled in size and has a little "baby" growing by its side. It is about ready to burst open. This bulb came from a co-workers trip to Holland!
